About Pascal
Pascal Naparty is the CEO and founder of NDS (Services du Numérique Inc.). The company proposes services and dedicated solutions to define and implement business transformation, with the introduction of new technologies.
He holds a Master's degree in Industrial Process Engineering and a DESS in Computer-Aided Design and Manufacturing.
For more than 30 years he has, directly or in partnership, worked for IT services companies such as IBM, HP, Atos, Accenture, CapGemini and software companies dedicated to industry data management such as Siemens Software, Dassault Systèmes, Autodesk, PTC, SAP, Oracle.
He knows well the field and the challenges of digital transformation programs, having held almost every position in these two business sectors : developer, solution architect, trainer, documentation manager, functional consultant, business consultant, product manager, project manager, R&D manager, industrialization manager, account manager, sales manager, technical director, pre-sales director, global services director, sales director, VP Sales & Marketing, VP Operations and Geo Lead, executive coach, member of the management committee.
He contributes to numerous digital projects for some of the biggest names in industry, including:

In 2019, based on his experiences, he launches his own service company, whose primary mission is to improve the performance of teams working on digital transition projects. He brings his methods and techniques to bear in the form of executive consulting and short and medium-term executive interims.
At the beginning of 2024, he launched the development of a software platform that dynamically generates applications ( enerative Application Design Platform). The aim is to cut the cost of a data management platform by a factor of 10, compared to current solutions on the market.
